Costantini Pietro

The Costantini Pietro story starts back in 1922, in the years when the Italian economy was beginning to pick up again after being severely damaged by the First World War. It is named after its founder, Pietro Costantini, a young apprentice in a chair factory, who opened his own workshop in San Giovanni al Natisone, in the area of North Eastern Italy known as the Italian chair district. Pietro’s success derived from his combining determined intelligence with skill, which led to him transforming a simple workshop into a thriving business. Its evolution over nearly one hundred years of history shaped a symbol of master craftsmanship into a designer product, part of the in Italy movement that is design, technology and meticulous attention to detail.
