Warehouse Delivery
Your order is delivered to your designated receiving warehouse. This option is ideal for clients who manage their own logistics, inspections, and final delivery. The service includes delivery to the warehouse dock only and does not include inside placement, unpacking, or assembly.
To-The-Threshold Delivery
Your order is delivered to the first dry and accessible area of your property (front door, building entrance, or garage). This service does not include bringing items inside or unpacking.
Inside Delivery
Your order is delivered inside your home or building, to the room of your choice. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials.
White Glove Delivery
Our most complete delivery service. Includes inside delivery, unpacking, placement in the desired room, assembly and debris removal. Designed for a seamless and worry-free experience.

We take packing and protection extremely seriously. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it travels safely and arrives in perfect condition. There is no one-size-fits-all solution—each piece receives the level of care it truly needs.

Step 1
All orders travel by sea from Italy to our warehouse in the United States. Once received, our top priority is to prepare them for safe domestic ground transit.
Step 2
Each order is analyzed and thoroughly inspected. Based on the size, weight, material, and fragility of every product, we determine the most appropriate packing solution. From the smallest accessories to the largest furniture pieces, every item is treated with equal care.
Step 3
The boxes belonging to each order are secured into the appropriate structure: a pallet, open crate, closed crate (case), or A-frame—depending on the product’s specific needs.
Step 4
Once consolidated, each unit is wrapped in protective film and carefully finished. Our packages are not only built for maximum protection, but also customized to ensure a beautiful and professional delivery experience.
The Crates We Create
Pallets ⬇
Used for low-fragility products. Pallets provide a stable and secure way to transport non-fragile items while maintaining proper handling standards. All pallets are labeled with Not Stackable cones to prevent other cargo from being placed on top.
Open Crates ⬆
Ideal for medium to high-fragility products. Open crates prevent movement during transit and protect items from external impacts while allowing visibility and ventilation.
Closed Crates / Cases ⬇
Designed for highly fragile items, typically smaller in size. Fully enclosed cases provide maximum protection against impacts and external pressure, ensuring delicate pieces remain safe throughout the journey.
A-Frames ⬆
Used for tabletops and flat surfaces that require vertical stability. A-frames keep these pieces secure and balanced during transport, minimizing the risk of stress or damage.
