Benedetta Pintus (born in 1998) is an Italian designer originally from Tuscany who grew up in Milan. She studied Communication Design at the Politecnico di Milano, where she developed a strong interest in product and furniture design, combining conceptual thinking with a sensitivity for form, space, and materiality.
She gained recognition as part of the team behind the Gae bookcase, a project developed together with Natalia Giribaldi and Ottavia Scarabelli. The design won the Carpanelli Prize in the student category of the IdeasxWood Contest, an international competition focused on innovative applications of wood in design.
Pintus’s work reflects an approach rooted in contemporary Italian design culture, where architectural references, spatial composition, and experimentation with materials play a central role.
