Franco Marabelli is an architect, designer, and scenographer whose work is deeply intertwined with the worlds of fashion, interior design, and visual communication. In the 1970s, he became a close collaborator of iconic fashion designer Elio Fiorucci, for whom he designed flagship stores in Milan, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and other major cities, contributing to the creation of a bold and experiential retail language.
Following this pivotal collaboration, Marabelli worked with leading furniture companies such as B&B Italia, Molteni, and Knoll International, as well as prominent fashion brands including Blumarine, Donatella Pellini, Benetton, and Mariella Burani. For these brands, he designed sets for fashion shows, advertising campaigns, and product presentations.
His design style is marked by a strong scenographic sensibility, where space becomes a narrative device. Blending architecture, design, and theatrical expression, Marabelli creates environments that are dynamic, expressive, and closely aligned with brand identity.
