Matali Crasset is a French designer known for an experimental, multidisciplinary approach that connects product design, architecture, craftsmanship, graphics, and contemporary culture. After working with Denis Santachiara and Philippe Starck, she founded her own Paris studio in 1998. Her work is defined by a focus on simplicity, authenticity, material research, and new ways of experiencing space and everyday life. Crasset has collaborated with leading international brands and institutions, and her work is represented in major museum collections including the Centre Pompidou, the Art Institute of Chicago, and MoMA in New York.
