Niccolò Devetag is an Italian designer that graduated in Industrial Product Design in 2017 at the Politecnico di Milano University, where he attended a biannual course with the architect Piero Lissoni and his project team. After his degree, he enrolled in the Design Engineering master’s degree at the same university.
His work blends refined craftsmanship with contemporary form. His designs—often realized in solid Canaletto walnut—highlight the expressive potential of wood through fluid, organic lines and precise geometry. Devetag’s approach balances artisanal tradition with modern sensibility, creating pieces that are both functional and sculptural. Materials and structure become visible protagonists, emphasizing tactile quality and honest construction. Inspired by natural forms and Italian woodworking heritage, his furniture conveys understated elegance, harmony, and a deep respect for material integrity.
