Born in Milan, Nicola Gallizia attended the faculty of architecture at the Milan Polytechnic. From 1990 to 1999 he worked with Luca Meda as an assistant to the creation of the image and product for Molteni & C. and Dada, which now works as a consultant image and product development.
Warm, soft, functional, minimal but sophisticated contemporary. These are the keywords that best describe Nicola’s interior design philosophy. His main source of inspiration remains the Milanese style as this city not only represents his roots, his natural environment, but indelibly marks his growth path and his identity. Indeed, although Nicola loves geometric shapes, very simple angles and linear compositions, his attention is focused on the richness of materials to enhance the identity of the works.
Since 1999, participates as an art director and designer group Chamber. In 2005 he opened a studio CZ36 in Milan where he is planning to design and interiors. He draw various lamps for the company Penta, as Narciso in 2017. Nicola’s works are clearly visible in the world of design, especially the interiors of many luxury hotels, where the attention to detail and the narrative plot of each project appear so unique that they stand out from the rest of the crowd.
