Description
This Takto® pendulum clock is a refined expression of Italian mechanical precision and minimalist luxury. At its core, a 12 mm Invar pendulum rod with a compensation tube ensures accurate timekeeping regardless of temperature changes. The 7″7/8 stainless steel pendulum lens weighs 6.5 kg, while a graduated bezel and additional weights allow for precise time regulation.
The stainless steel arbor rotates on 15 ball bearings, aided by a one-side pushing crutch with a ruby-tipped regulating screw for minimal friction. The clock operates with a Graham escapement and suspension springs, features a mechanical movement with a 2.4 kg drive weight, and runs at 3600 beats/hour with a 30-day power reserve.
The structure is crafted from 5/8″ extra-clear tempered glass, with engraved hour and minute markers. The base and top are made of elegant Black Marquina marble, and the dial disc is milled from a single block of aluminum with a Guilloche textured black finish. Palladium-coated brass gears and pinions ensure durability and high performance. Bearings are precisely fitted onto the glass using CNC technology.
Each clock includes the Teckell® Tool Kit with winding and adjustment keys, weights, and a Certificate of Authenticity. Designed for indoor use. Made in Italy.
