About Unopiù

Unopiù is an Italian outdoor design brand founded in 1978 in the heart of Tuscia, with a vision that transformed the way outdoor spaces are conceived and experienced. From its beginnings, the company embraced the idea that gardens, terraces, and open-air settings should be considered natural extensions of the home, deserving the same attention to design, comfort, and atmosphere as interior spaces. This philosophy gave rise to the concept of “one more room,” an additional living space where nature and everyday life come together in a seamless and harmonious way.

Throughout its history, Unopiù has helped shape the evolution of outdoor living, establishing a distinctive identity rooted in Italian elegance, timeless aesthetics, and a deep appreciation for the relationship between architecture and nature. Its approach goes beyond furnishing outdoor environments, seeking to create places that invite relaxation, conversation, and meaningful moments of connection. Whether in a private garden, an urban terrace, or a hospitality setting, each space becomes an opportunity to experience a more open and effortless way of living.

The brand’s philosophy is defined by a balance between tradition and contemporary vision. Its design language brings together enduring forms, refined proportions, and a considered sense of detail, allowing its creations to integrate naturally into a wide range of architectural contexts. Collaborations with established and emerging designers further enrich this identity, introducing new perspectives while preserving the distinctive character that has accompanied Unopiù throughout its evolution. Rather than following fleeting trends, the brand pursues an enduring aesthetic in which functionality, comfort, and visual harmony remain closely connected.

A strong sense of responsibility also informs Unopiù’s approach to design. The emphasis on quality, durability, and the thoughtful selection of materials reflects the belief that a product’s longevity is an essential part of its value. For the brand, sustainability is closely linked to creating furniture that retains its relevance, beauty, and purpose over time, encouraging a more conscious relationship with the objects and environments that shape everyday life.

Over the decades, Unopiù has expanded its presence internationally, bringing its vision of outdoor living to distinguished residential, hospitality, and marine environments. Its history reflects a continuous dialogue between Italian design heritage and the changing ways people inhabit their surroundings. Today, the brand continues to explore the possibilities of outdoor living, creating environments where comfort, elegance, and nature coexist, and where the boundaries between indoors and outdoors become increasingly fluid.

At its heart, Unopiù represents a philosophy of living that places equal importance on the spaces we inhabit and the experiences we create within them. Through a distinctive interpretation of outdoor design, the brand transforms open-air environments into meaningful places of belonging, inviting people to slow down, reconnect with nature, and discover the everyday beauty of living outside.
