1295 Murano brings together centuries of Venetian glassmaking tradition with a contemporary vision of design.

Based in Murano, Venice, the family-run studio was founded in 2010, drawing on generations of experience shaped by the family’s work in the island’s furnaces. During its early years, the studio focused exclusively on private commissions, developing its work away from the public eye. In 2019, the brand introduced its first collection, making its distinctive approach available to a wider audience.

Each creation is handmade in Venice, with molten glass shaped individually by master glassmakers using traditional tools and techniques. Color is incorporated into the glass itself while it is still molten, becoming an integral part of the material rather than a surface treatment. This artisanal process ensures that no two pieces are ever exactly alike, giving every object its own subtle variations and character.

Today, 1295 Murano offers its collections online, bringing the distinctive spirit of Murano into contemporary interiors around the world.
