The 2BE Office Smart Wall is a mobile multifunctional system designed to bring greater flexibility to the contemporary workplace. Its open storage structure can serve as a practical organizational element while also becoming a focal point for informal meetings, presentations, training sessions, and collaborative activities. The Smart Wall can be complemented by six optional poufs, creating a convenient informal meeting or training area directly around the unit. The poufs feature an external part in corrugated felt, a beech structure, and a Trevira fabric seat, providing a distinctive combination of materials and comfortable seating for short interactions. While the poufs are not included with the Smart Wall, they are an ideal addition for making full use of the system’s multifunctional character.
One side of the unit can be equipped with either a blackboard or a monitor, providing a practical surface for presentations, brainstorming, training, or internal communication. Compartments for wiring and electrification can also be provided, allowing monitors and other technology to be integrated while keeping connections organized. Mounted on wheels, the Smart Wall can be easily moved throughout the office and repositioned as needs change. This makes it possible to quickly transform different areas of the workplace into spaces for meetings, training, collaboration, or informal interaction.
