Description
Originally designed by Luciano Bertoncini in 2000 and reissued in 2024, this contemporary designer bed combines timeless Italian craftsmanship with practical functionality. The minimalist frame is crafted from 100% recyclable, powder-coated aluminum, offering exceptional strength while maintaining a light, refined appearance.
The headboard is available in two elegant options: veneered multilayer ash wood for a warm, natural aesthetic or a fully upholstered version for added comfort. The wooden headboard may also be fitted with a removable double-sided cover, allowing you to customize the look of the bed. One side features a clean, smooth finish for a minimalist style, while the reverse showcases quilted detailing for a softer, more decorative effect.
The bed includes a flexible roller slat base composed of wooden slats connected by elastic, non-deformable rubber supports, providing reliable mattress support and lasting comfort. For added functionality, an optional under-bed storage unit is available. Finished in black lacquered melamine with a fabric top cover secured by a clip button, the storage container features smooth-rolling casters with linear movement on two sides and includes a handle that can be positioned as desired. Engineered for convenience, the bed ships in a compact package and is designed for quick, straightforward assembly and disassembly. Suitable for a wide range of contemporary bedrooms, it blends sustainable materials with versatile design. Mattress and cushions not included. Made in Italy.
