Description

Part of SLIDE’s Lettering Collection, Enjoy Bench explores the relationship between typography and furniture, giving language a functional and sculptural dimension. Its bold form creates an immediate visual impact, allowing the piece to communicate a joyful message while serving as a practical seat. This combination of graphic expression and functionality gives the bench a distinctive identity within contemporary design.

Crafted from polyethylene, Enjoy Bench is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, offering versatility across a wide range of residential and contract environments. Its recognizable silhouette makes it an eye catching addition to gardens, terraces, lounges, hospitality spaces, public areas, and contemporary commercial settings, where it can serve as a standalone focal point or contribute to a more playful furnishing composition.

The bench’s expressive design makes it particularly suited to environments that embrace creativity and unconventional details. Whether placed in a private living space, a hotel lounge, a restaurant, or a public setting, Enjoy Bench introduces a sense of informality and personality while inviting people to pause, interact, and enjoy their surroundings.

By transforming a universally understood word into a functional object, Enjoy Bench reflects SLIDE’s distinctive approach to contemporary furniture, where imagination and everyday utility coexist. Its sculptural presence and positive message make it more than a seating element, turning it into a memorable design feature that brings energy and character to any setting.

About Slide

Founded in 2002 by Giò Colonna Romano near Milan, the Italian brand was born from a desire to bring a new sense of energy, creativity, and imagination to contemporary living. From its beginnings, it has developed a distinctive design language where bold forms, expressive colours, and an unmistakable sense of personality transform everyday spaces into memorable environments.

Over the years, the company has built a unique creative universe through collaborations with some of the most influential names in international design, including Paola Navone, Marcel Wanders, Karim Rashid, Marc Sadler, Fabio Novembre, Alessandro Mendini, and Marcantonio. Their visions have helped shape a collection that moves naturally between furniture, lighting, and contemporary environments, creating spaces that feel both playful and sophisticated.

At the heart of the brand is a belief that design should inspire emotions and redefine the way people experience a space. Its creations have found their place in private residences, hospitality venues, public spaces, events, and contemporary projects around the world, always expressing the same spirit of originality and Italian creativity.

Today, this vision continues to evolve while remaining faithful to its unmistakable identity. A new chapter explores a deeper dialogue between design, nature, and the future, reflecting an enduring desire to experiment, imagine new possibilities, and develop a more conscious vision of contemporary living.

Made in Italy and imagined for the world, the brand transforms design into an experience where colour, creativity, and emotion become an integral part of the space itself.
