The Maxi Clay Wood Table by Desalto expands Marc Krusin’s distinctive Clay design into an elegant oval silhouette. Its sculptural conical base, refined proportions, and generous tabletop create a striking centerpiece for contemporary dining rooms and sophisticated interiors. Combining architectural geometry with the natural warmth of wood, this designer table balances a bold visual presence with the understated elegance of Italian furniture design. The base is crafted from rigid polyurethane and entirely covered with hand-applied wood veneer, which continues across the underside of the tabletop and the tabletop itself. This cohesive finish creates a harmonious flow between the table’s different elements, emphasizing its sculptural form and highlighting the natural grain of the wood. The meticulous veneer application follows the curves of the conical base, showcasing the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define the Clay collection.
The oval wooden tabletop is approximately 1 inch thick, providing a substantial profile that complements the distinctive base.
