Description

The Clay Outdoor Table by Desalto, designed by Marc Krusin in 2015, brings the collection’s iconic sculptural design into outdoor environments. Defined by two contrasting volumes that meet at their vertices, this distinctive table combines bold geometry with harmonious proportions, creating a striking focal point for patios, terraces, gardens, and outdoor hospitality spaces.

Designed to engage with its surroundings, the Clay Outdoor Table balances a strong architectural presence with clean, essential lines. Its rigid polyurethane base supports a toughened glass tabletop, with both surfaces completely covered in hand-spread paste. This handcrafted finish gives the table a cohesive material appearance, emphasizing its sculptural form and highlighting the subtle variations created by the manual application process.

The outdoor version in white concrete offers a bright, understated aesthetic that interacts beautifully with natural light. Its pale surface and compact visual composition complement open-air settings, creating a refined contrast with greenery, stone, and other outdoor materials. The distinctive conical base maintains the recognizable identity of the Clay collection while giving the table a grounded, architectural presence.

Created for outdoor living and shared moments, the Desalto Clay Outdoor Table brings contemporary Italian design to open-air dining and entertaining. Its expressive silhouette, handcrafted surface, and carefully balanced proportions make it a distinctive choice for residential terraces, garden dining areas, and sophisticated contract settings. Made in Italy.
